April McDaniel
April joined the Nichols Farms family in May of 2004 as the Laboratory Manager for the processing facility. In 2008, she was promoted to serve as the Quality Assurance Manager for the company, but continues to oversee Nichols Farms Laboratory, NFL. NFL is accredited by the USDA for the analysis of aflatoxins for both domestic and export shipments. April is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi; majoring in Microbiology with a minor in Chemistry. She is, currently, pursuing her Masters of Business Administration at Fresno State.
Ms. McDaniel's role at Nichols Farms is to advocate food safety and product quality. She is responsible for assuring that all products meet the quality and safety requirements for the customers.
