Johnny Starling
Johnny is the Ranch Manager of Nichols Farms. He joined Nichols Farms in 1985, and is responsible for all farming operations on 4,000 acres of pistachios, almonds and assorted row crops.
Prior to his employment at Nichols Farms, Johnny received his degree in Mechanized Agriculture from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and spent 10 years, on active duty, in the US Army. He retired from the US Army reserves, with the rank of Lt. Colonel, and is currently a member on the California Pistachio Research Board
