Joseph Gray
Joe joined Nichols Farms in 2002. He serves as maintenance manager of the processing plant. His responsibilities include preventative maintenance and repair on all plant and huller equipment, and installation of new equipment. His previous duties included color sorter maintenance and operation.
Joe has 12 years of facilities maintenance experience. Prior to his employment at Nichols Farms, he was employed by Lacey Milling Company; where he did packaging, milling, and facilities maintenance. He graduated from Hanford High School and attended West Hills Community College.
