During the fall harvest period, our dedicated team members work around the clock to harvest, hull, and dry millions of pistachios and almonds each and every day. Just as important is our processing, packaging, marketing and shipping operations. Nichols Farms roasts, salts, flavors and packs 100% of our product in our own facility.
